women's self-defense r.a.d. rape aggression defense systems could you protect yourself in an abduction situation? This basic self defense class is designed specifically for women using easy to learn techniques that apply to real life situations. this is a hands-on training, that is suitable for women ages 12 and up, and all abilities. Anyone under 18, will be required to bring parent consen, and those under 16, should have an adult attend with them ( mom, sister, aunt, grandma.) You can do this!!! 2026-27 kjh girls volleyball team 2026 KJH Girls Volleyball Tryout Results Thank you everyone for coming to open gym this summer and for trying out today. There will not be a second cut, this list is the final result. A few girls talked to me about not being able to make it to tryouts, but came to a lot of open gym's. I've reached out to the 1 girl that made it to get her jersey number, and unfortunately the other 2 girls didn't make the team. Not being at tryouts did not affect that decision. If your number is on this list, please be to practice tomorrow warmed up and ready to start at 10:00AM. You must have the paperwork filled out by Monday. It's short notice so if you can't get your physical done by Monday's practice, please let coach Edwards know that you have an appointment set up with your doctor to receive your physical next week. Please consider the paper work your highest priority until it's completed. If you did not make the team, please don't give up on volleyball. Sign up for club ball this fall and come back next summer for open gym.
